Job Description
Responsibilities include qualification, development and maintenance of optoelectronic packaging process and equipment operation.
Job Duties
- Conduct troubleshooting and machine calibration to ensure smooth production flow.
- Design methods to improve the yield and capacity of the packaging production line.
- Set up testing station and analyze testing data.
Job Requirements
Education: B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related field.
Experience: 1-2 year of experience in opto-electronic packaging preferred.
Other: Excellent communication skills.
